1. Review our event types and select the best option for you.
2. Complete a quote request form. If you are considering multiple dates, please include all potential dates that will work for you. We will check our booking schedule and get back to you with a quote and availability. If we have other questions, we may reach out to be sure we meet your expectations before submitting your quote.
3. Include any special requests, add-ons, or music genre selections prior to quote and contract agreement. All requests, add ons, etc. must be agreed to at the time of booking.
4. Select your final event date/time, email us any final selections for your event, and we will send you the invoice and docusign agreement directly to your email.
5. Submit a minimum 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit and signed event agreement to secure your event date and time. All bookings are first secured, first booked, and dates cannot be held without the deposit. The balance is due at least 14 days prior to the event. If your event is within 14 days, full payment will be due to secure your event.
For private parties/corporate events
6. Plan your invites, and share our provided event details and waiver link with your guests prior to the event date.
Be sure all guests wear proper closed toe shoes and bring a valid photo ID to allow participation.
Any participant 13-17 years of age will need a parent or legal guardian at check in or have completed the advanced minor waiver process at least 24 hours before the event date. (parent must have photo ID)
